Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags *for an additional fee. Inflatable set up on gravel or rocks have an additional fee. 

We do our best to accommodate your schedule, however, scheduled times are not guaranteed and we deliver in a delivery window. Please request the latest setup time you need and the earliest pick up time. We do our best to accommodate these requests. If your times are not flexible please call us before booking. 

We understand that sometimes it is fun to bounce in the dark! However, due to scheduling and logistics there is an after hours charge to pick up after 8pm (from Memorial Day to Labor Day); after 7pm (from Labor Day to the end of Oct); after 6 pm (from Nov 1st to Memorial Day). Please inquire for more details!

If you are booking a Rec District Park please call the Rec District, before booking your bounce house, to reserve your spot! All power should be checked prior to set up. If you are worried about power, we have generators for rent! The Rec District requires all bounce houses to be staked and no water rides. 

The City of Canon City requires a park permit, please call the City before booking a bounce house. Please check all power prior to the party, if you are worried about power we have generators for rent. 

The City requires all bounce houses to be sand bagged and no water rides. 

When booking Centennial Park (aka the Duck Park) please be aware that the pavilion by the river and by the pond DO NOT have a power source close. The bounce house has to be placed between the bathrooms and splash pad. The bounce house needs to be supervised at all times. 

Our waiver is required for all rentals. We will drop off waivers at delivery and pick them up when we return.  

When booking a bounce house you have two options for delivery: Fully Staffed vs Drop Off. 

Fully Staffed – we drop off the bounce house, set it up and have a staff member supervise. We then take the bounce house down, at the end of the party and take it with us. **There is an extra fee for this. 

Drop Off – we drop off the bounce house and fully set it up. We then leave and come back when the party is over to remove the bounce house. You have to provide an “adult volunteer” to supervise the bounce house. 

We will run up to 150′ cord from the power source to the bounce house. Make sure there is an outlet within these requirements.

We will offer rain checks for weather, prior to set up. If the weather is not conducive to bounce house conditions, we will call you or you can call us and we will discuss options.
